XSOL in the Top 10 of Deloitte’s Fast50 growth index - 22 October, 2005

The Deloitte/Unlimited Fast 50 invites public and private businesses to benchmark their growth achievements against New Zealand’s fastest growing companies. For further information please see www.fast50.co.nz.

In the 2005 index, just announced, XSOL rated 9th fastest growing organization and the third fastest growing ICT company, with revenue growth exceeding 700% over a three year period. Over the same period, XSOL’s ratio of investment in R&D was higher than any other company in the Fast50.

“XSOL has created a very substantial asset - this investment reflects the complexity and market-changing nature of the XSOL intellectual property,” noted CEO John Blackham. “Our technology is designed to empower organizations to transform - becoming more responsive, more productive and more competitive - in short, more agile.”

Blackham concluded that “XSOL is focused on the global Enterprise Application market, ultimately valued at tens of billions of dollars annually, and it’s good to see the traction that has come from the initial phase of our sales activity.”

‘Real-Time’ Business Process Applications Take Off with Release 3.1 - April 21, 2005

The new XSOL software release coincides with a dramatic increase in customer interest in process-based Business Applications.

“Gartner Group recently spoke about the move to real-time and process-focused IT infrastructure, and predicted there would be an explosion of interest in business process management software to support this,” notes John Blackham, XSOL’s CEO. “This is definitely what we are seeing.”

“This year alone, customers in Local Government, Telecommunications, IT Services, Manufacturing, Distribution and Health have all engaged with XSOL to drive productivity gains within their organisation.”

“They’re automating a wide range of processes – from Orders Management to Debt Collection, Data Capture/Analysis to Capacity Planning - all using XSOL’s powerful paradigm.”

XSOL’s uniqueness springs from its underlying model of business - allowing the activities of any organization to be described using a common structure - one that the CEO can understand and direct. This model delivers the capability for rapid adaptability and change - processes can be modified and then new live run-time systems created as soon as business requirements change.

“We’re seeing systems deployed in days, rather than months,” adds Mr Blackham.

XSOL announces Release 3.1 of its Business Process Design and Automation Software Suite.

With Release 3.1 of XSOL Mapping and XSOL Automation, organisations can pursue ‘Real-Time, Total-Visibility’ goals - integrating people, procedures and IT systems into fully auditable sequences of business activity.

Release 3.1 of XSOL Business Process Designer helps business users discover, describe and articulate how business operations are performed. New features include the ability to create process categories and to customise documentation output - choosing from over 40 options.

Release 3.1 of XSOL Business Process Automation helps organizations improve their productivity by electronically connecting people and business activity end-to-end within their organisation. This can reduce the time it takes to complete business transactions and ensure greater consistency of outcome.

With XSOL’s software, organisations can create business systems directly from the processes they’ve defined. These systems can be rapidly and incrementally refined to continually improve the way they do business. With [@xintegration], XSOL can also leverage earlier investments in IT – linking in to existing Enterprise databases.

The Real-Time Process Viewer allows ad-hoc, secured visibility of processes in-progress or completed. Users can ‘drill down’ through a selected process and display stages, tasks and even the data entered
